  • Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence of the product and packaging.


3. Eligibility for Replacement

A product will be eligible for replacement only if:

  • The product delivered is physically damaged or leaking at the time of receipt.

  • The product received is different from the one ordered (wrong item).

  • The product is defective or expired (for applicable categories).

4. Replacement Process

No replacement requests will be accepted without valid proof or beyond the 24-hour window.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (fruits, vegetables, groceries, food items, etc.)

  • Custom-packed or special order items

  • Bulk-discounted or clearance sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or usage by the customer


6. Return Shipping

  • For verified and approved cases (damaged, wrong item), SiliguriWholesale.com will bear the return or replacement shipping cost.

  • For unapproved or customer-error cases, the customer will bear the shipping cost.


7. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend all customers inspect their orders upon delivery and report any issues immediately to our WhatsApp number or customer support before signing or accepting the goods (where applicable).


8. No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
