We currently serve both online and offline customers from our main location at Champasari More, Opposite Triveni Lodge, Siliguri, West Bengal.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders to most major cities and towns across India through our trusted courier and transport partners.
For bulk or heavy shipments, we may use transport services or private carriers depending on the product type and destination.

If your area is not serviceable by our delivery partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or pickup option.


3. Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: 3–10 business days depending on the delivery location and shipping method.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, transport delays, or regional restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, product category, and delivery location.
